Who You'll Work With
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team in Indonesia, with the role based at a Converse factory. As a member of the Product Supply Chain (PSC), Footwear (FW) – Manufacturing & Engineering team, you will be part of a global organization dedicated to delivering excellence to consumers every day.
You will collaborate with engineering subject matter experts across multiple disciplines. Key partners include Manufacturing Engineering teams, Factory Partners, Consumer Creation, Sourcing, Responsible Supply Chain, and Cost Engineering. You will work at the country level across partners located within Indonesia and maintain connectivity with the local Partner Management Office leadership team.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Product Development, Automation, Lean, Manufacturing, or Quality Management.
- Bachelor's degree focused on Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Data-driven, with an understanding of statistical methods and tools for fact-based decision-making.
- Experience applying knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including systems, processes, technologies, and materials, to produce finished goods to measurable standards.
- Forward and conceptual thinking, with the ability to seek diverse inputs, identify potential solutions, challenge the status quo, and think beyond traditional approaches.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Fluent verbal and written English language ability.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
