Senior Manager Workplaces, EMC

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the global real estate portfolio, including leases, transactions, design, construction, and operations for adidas offices, showrooms, and distribution centers. In this role, you are responsible for quality management, development, and coordination of the assigned service area at adidas locations in Emerging Markets Central, including the UAE, KSA, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Jordan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex tasks and projects across multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver first-class technical and infrastructural facility management services within agreed budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Manage building-system procedures and programs, including the integrated management system.
• Build stakeholder relationships and implement organizational changes.
• Improve the workplace experience through effective management of service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and comply with regional KPIs and SLAs for facility and employee experience operations.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, reporting, invoicing, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and implement processes for employee moves and workplace environment changes.
• Drive employee-focused workplace initiatives and activations.
• Manage site security standards and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Lead and develop diverse, multi-country teams and manage performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Very good English and local language skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Experience with finance, MS Office, controlling systems, and integrated workplace management systems.
• Experience in project management, quality management, purchasing, and customer-focused service delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, international environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree related to facility management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in the relevant area.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a business area and managing people.
