Senior Manager, Sportwear Specialty / NHBD / Sport Specialty

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sportwear Specialty / NHBD / Sport Specialty to drive the growth and evolution of its specialty marketplace.

Who We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in sales, marketplace management, retail, merchandising, brand marketing, or related commercial functions.
• Strong understanding of sport, fashion, streetwear, and consumer culture trends.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Deep knowledge of consumer insights, marketplace dynamics, and specialty retail environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Passion for sport, culture, community, and the evolving consumer landscape.

What You’ll Work On

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the NHBD and Sport Specialty channels.
• Analyze consumer behaviors, cultural movements, marketplace trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and drive mutual profitability and long-term business success.
• Lead differentiated marketplace concepts that elevate consumer experiences and strengthen Nike and Jordan brand presence.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Retail, Operations, and Finance teams on integrated growth plans.
• Influence assortment, product segmentation, and go-to-market strategies across specialty partners.
• Identify and onboard new strategic partners.
• Drive performance through consumer, marketplace, and financial insights.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, inclusion, continuous learning, and team development.
• Build strategic partnerships across the NHBD portfolio, including Lust, Headquarters, 99Problems, Barrio Warrior, Soul, Metta, and other specialty accounts.
