The Territory Senior Manager is responsible for achieving and maximizing sales and profit budget for Converse Direct Stores in the assigned region. This includes aligning with the Converse Direct strategy and leading store managers to define and execute operational processes. The role ensures Converse Direct Stores deliver a premium consumer experience and operate as a profitable business.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage, train, and oversee the development of a group of Store Managers.
- Manage Store Managers and set individual goals linked to Converse Direct priorities.
- Coach staff, support development, make hiring decisions, and drive performance management, recognition, and rewards.
- Develop growth targets and goals for Converse Direct Stores aligned with the Converse Direct strategy.
- Manage the financial budget, including store profit and loss.
- Analyze sales performance to inform the Converse Direct Stores team and strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Five or more years of progressive retail experience.
- Strong and effective analytical business skills.
- Thorough understanding of operations and financials, including budget preparation and control.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills across different and converging timelines.
- Strategic thinking.
- Business-level written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Previous experience with a premium-positioned brand and understanding of tactics that build or potentially erode brand equity is a plus.
