Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Develop, support and manage key initiatives across the organization to achieve GCA’s top priorities.
This role drives, guides and consults initiative owners in planning, execution and tracking; provides deep-dive support and business insights; communicates initiative progress and risks to GCA management; and highlights how initiatives support the overall GCA Strategy Roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
- Coordinate and manage initiative development, planning and prioritization processes across functions.
- Engage with senior management to identify initiative owners and core team members.
- Guide initiative owners to set objectives, develop detailed plans and define KPIs.
- Ensure project objectives align with the organization’s strategic direction.
Project Management, Support and Communications
- Manage and guide the overall project life cycle from start to finish.
- Work with initiative owners to build high-quality project updates for management review.
- Act as a liaison and communication bridge across the organization.
- Manage cross-initiative interdependencies and proactively share best practices.
- Escalate potential issues, risks and new opportunities.
Systems and Processes
- Provide process management and value-added analysis for initiatives requiring custom process development, ad hoc data analysis, or heavy cross-functional alignment.
- Prepare regular updates for senior management on overall initiative progress.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on initiative KPIs and performance evaluation.
People Management and Training
- Provide senior management with an objective perspective on progress, priorities and directions.
- Advise and provide feedback to initiative owners and core members.
- Drive and guide initiative owners to further develop project management skills and discipline.

Qualifications
- University degree or above; MBA or another business-related qualification preferred.
- 6–8 years of general business experience.
- Experience leading a consumer brand; management consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Basic statistics and modelling knowledge.
- Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin.
