At Capgemini Invent, you will work as an Outcome Deployed Engineering Consultant at the intersection of business, strategy, and technology. You will design, build, and implement AI solutions within real business processes, delivering concrete business outcomes and organizational adoption.
Key competencies
- Domain expertise in at least one sector or function, such as supply chain, finance, or risk.
- Ownership of results from development through adoption.
- Hands-on experience building prototypes with modern AI tools, including LLMs, RAG, and agents, and developing them toward production.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and bridge client needs with feasible technology solutions.
- Awareness of data, security, regulations, and existing IT environments in AI governance.
What you bring
At least 4 years of experience in consulting, data, AI, or cloud engineering. You should also have experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience developing production-ready solutions, and the ability to translate technology into business impact. Entrepreneurial initiative, comfort in dynamic environments, and good English are required; Dutch is preferred.
Technical experience
- Python and modern development practices.
- AI and LLM applications, including RAG, agents, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Platforms such as OpenAI, Google, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Model and agent architectures.
