Senior Manager AI Architect

As a Senior Manager AI Architect, you will help organizations harness Artificial Intelligence to drive transformation, innovation, and business value. You will define AI strategies, design scalable AI architectures, and deliver solutions that create measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-enabled transformation through AI-powered solutions that improve customer experiences, increase operational efficiency, and enable new business models.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex AI and digital transformation initiatives, from strategy and business case development through implementation and adoption.
• Advise executives and senior stakeholders on AI strategy, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, data scientists, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Design enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using patterns such as Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI agents, vector databases, prompt orchestration, and fine-tuning.
• Develop prototypes, MVPs, and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Design secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions with governance, compliance, security, and risk management considerations.
• Define AI operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption roadmaps.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and help clients scale AI initiatives into production environments.
• Lead proposals, bids, RFPs, and client pitch contributions, and deliver new bookings of €1 million per annum.
• Drive thought leadership, contribute to practice development, mentor colleagues, support recruitment, and grow the AI community.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
• Experience designing and delivering AI, Generative AI, and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, or equivalent AI ecosystems.
• Experience with business development in a consulting environment, including opportunities, client relationships, proposals, bids, and RFPs.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents, vector search, orchestration frameworks, and LLM integration.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Experience managing complex transformation programs and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's and master's degree, or equivalent academic level.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is preferred.
• Currently living in the Netherlands and authorized to work in the Netherlands.
