We are searching for a Senior Specialist HR to join our cohesive and passionate HR team in adidas Türkiye. This position aims to sustain best-in-class rewards and benefits policies and practices in collaboration with global teams, ensure effective budgeting, operate accurate bonus calculations, ensure smooth payroll management, and manage union-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate and execute with the Global Rewards team to align compensation strategies and initiatives.
- Calculate sales bonuses and back-office bonuses with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports related to compensation, serving as the Finance point of contact.
- Coordinate union collective work agreement processes and perform unionization-related calculations.
- Collaborate and partner with Global Business Services to ensure seamless payroll operations and administrative processes.
- Design and lead the Flexible Benefits project, overseeing execution and ensuring a smooth annual renewal process.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including sales incentives, bonus structures, and union-related compensation policies.
- Solid understanding of financial forecasting and budgeting processes, with the ability to prepare and interpret compensation-related financial reports.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to perform complex calculations accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Global Rewards, and Shared Services teams.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Experience managing collective labor agreements and union negotiations, including related cost analysis.
- Project management capabilities, with a proven track record of leading and delivering HR or benefits-related projects.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting compensation data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a related department.
- Minimum five years of experience in HR Operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Turkish, with a proven ability to take initiative.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP.
- Good organization and planning skills.
