Your role
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow SPM modules for national and international clients.
- Analyze strategic planning processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical designs aligned with platform capabilities and best practices.
- Configure and customize roadmaps, investment plans, scoring models, and workflows.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, portfolio managers, and other cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates, SPM trends, and strategic planning methodologies.
- Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and promote continuous delivery.
Your profile
- At least 4 years of experience managing and configuring ServiceNow SPM modules, including PPM, Demand Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
- Strong understanding of portfolio and program management best practices and their application within ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills across planning, prioritization, and execution processes.
- Experience translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with roadmaps, investment funding, scoring models, and workflows.
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
