Insights & Data is a team of over 400 professionals delivering data solutions across GCP, Azure and AWS. The team specializes in Cloud & Big Data engineering, scalable systems, modern data processing tools, programming techniques and DevOps practices.
Your Role
As a Google Data Engineer, you will design, build and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines on Google Cloud. You will work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, reliability and performance across the full data lifecycle, while collaborating with architects, analytics teams and business stakeholders to deliver data products for reporting, analytics and AI use cases.
Your Tasks
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines on Google Cloud.
- Develop data lakes and warehouses using BigQuery and cloud-native services.
- Ensure data quality, security and performance.
- Collaborate with architects and analytics teams.
- Automate deployments using CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Your Profile
- Strong SQL and programming skills in Python and Scala.
- Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow and Airflow.
- Understanding of data modeling and distributed systems.
- Google Cloud Data Engineer certification preferred.
