Senior Data and AI Consultant

Your impact

As a Senior Data & AI Consultant, you will lead and execute data-driven transformation projects. You will guide clients through integrating advanced data, analytics, and AI technologies into business processes, working with them to scope, design, initiate, and implement innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Create strong client relationships and understand client needs to deliver tailored data and AI solutions.
• Pre-Sales Support & Proposal Development: Conduct opportunity assessments, develop business cases, and support proposal development.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends and provide insights to clients and colleagues.
• Strategy & Exploration: Develop and implement data-driven transformation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Oversee scalable data and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration into existing systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives through communication and training programs.

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree in Business Studies, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English.
• 6+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong emphasis on data, analytics, and AI.
• Strong project management and business analysis skills.
• Workshop facilitation skills and knowledge of tools, methods, and frameworks such as design thinking, agile, and ADKAR.
• Ability to bridge exploration and analysis with execution and delivery.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics and AI tooling such as Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, or XAI tooling is a plus.
