Atos is looking for a Senior Data & AI Consultant to lead and execute data-driven transformation projects for clients. The role involves using expertise in data, analytics and AI to design, initiate and implement innovative solutions that support sustainable growth and business innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored data and AI solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, opportunity assessments, business cases and proposal development.
- Track emerging technologies and industry trends and provide insights to clients and colleagues.
- Develop data-driven transformation strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Support organizational change initiatives through communication, training and change management.
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree in Business Studies, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Management or a related field.
- Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English.
- 6+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong focus on data, analytics and AI.
- Strong project management and business analysis skills.
- Workshop facilitation experience and knowledge of design thinking, agile and ADKAR frameworks.
- Ability to bridge exploration and analysis with execution and delivery.
- Experience with Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python or XAI tooling is a plus.
