The role
We are looking for information security practitioners, including system and network administrators, forensic investigators, penetration testers, malware analysts, and threat hunters, to join Eviden CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) as part of the Cybersecurity Service.
You will be part of a third-line team handling complex cases for Eviden and its global customers.

Team services
The CSIRT team delivers services ranging from incident response planning and analysis to emergency response and digital forensics. In case of a breach, the team minimizes damage, recovers compromised data, and preserves evidence for legal action.
Work schedule
- Monday–Friday rotational shifts covering 8 AM–6 PM
- One week of phone availability after business hours on a round-robin basis
- Bydgoszcz office, with a fully remote option available
Responsibilities
- Manage the full incident response lifecycle, from preparation to lessons learned and reporting
- Collect evidence in collaboration with users and system administrators
- Perform forensic and malware analysis on demand
- Educate users about threats and incident causes
- Build challenges for teammates and develop tools to support future cases when not handling incidents
Skills and experience
This is not a strict checklist; candidates who cover several of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English at a minimum B2 level
- Memory, filesystem, and network forensics
- Log analysis and SIEM
- Malware reverse engineering
- iOS and Android forensics
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux/Unix
- Deep understanding of networking and common protocols
- Scripting with Python, Bash, Perl, or PowerShell
- GIAC or OSCP certifications are advantageous
