- Experience: 10+ years
- Notice period: Immediate to maximum 30 days
Key skills and experience
- 10–15 years of experience in core mainframe technologies including COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and IMS DB/DC.
- Hands-on experience with both batch and online mainframe systems.
- Experience with mainframe re-hosting or migration projects to Raincode or Micro Focus platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Raincode for code changes, compilation, debugging, and unit testing of batch and online applications.
- Ability to perform impact analysis and understand technical design.
- Experience working on enhancement projects and good knowledge of the SDLC process.
- Ability to perform SIT/UAT defect analysis and fixes.
- Awareness of Agile methodologies.
- Nice-to-have skills include IMS DB/DC, Easytrieve, Assembler, Datacom, REXX, and CLIST.
- Telecom domain knowledge is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
