Senior Consultant - Financial Modelling & Business Case Development

Your Role

Finance & Enterprise Value (F&EV) is the finance strategy and transformation advisory practice within Enterprise Model & Strategy at Capgemini Invent. As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute substantial expertise in financial modelling and business case development while working across the wider Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio.

• Lead robust financial models and compelling business cases for complex transformation programmes.
• Shape value realisation plans tied to measurable KPIs and tangible outcomes.
• Develop and present practical, robust recommendations that withstand client scrutiny.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members, support performance management and recruitment.
• Contribute to proposals, bids, proposition development, internal campaigns, thought leadership and practice development.

Your Profile

• Strong management consulting background, with experience guiding teams, mobilising workstreams and delivering projects.
• Proven experience in financial modelling and business case creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience structuring, planning and leading project workstreams, including transformation programmes and service redesign.
• Experience supporting business development, value propositions, proposals or thought leadership.
• Fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or progressing toward qualification and on track to complete within 12 months.
• Experience with artificial intelligence solutions or large, complex finance organisations is beneficial.
