SENIOR CONSULTANT

Must Have

• Minimum 6 years of development, configuration, upgrades, implementation, and integration experience.
• Experience building solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Pages, UI Macros, Server Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, inbound email actions, notifications, and events.
• Web service proficiency in REST and SOAP, along with XML and JSON knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, and Oracle is beneficial.
• Knowledge of transform maps, transform scripts, staging tables, and Integration Hub ETL.
• Knowledge of Service Catalogs, Workflow, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience developing at least one ServiceNow module, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or GRC.
• Ability to work independently and in an agile manner.
• Good communication skills.
• Quick learner.
• ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist certifications are preferred.
