Requirements
- More than 5 to 12 years of experience in SAP VIM functional skills.
- Ready to work in US shift timings.
- Experience with SAP OpenText VIM, BCC, IES, and Archive Server.
- At least two end-to-end VIM project implementations and support projects.
- Experience with IES/Business Center Capture (BCC) or Invoice Capture Center (ICC).
- OpenText VIM implementation for 7.5/16.3 for OCR.
- Experience resolving IES/BCC/OCR support issues.
- Experience supporting VIM projects and SAP/VIM workflows.
- Good knowledge of the Accounts Payable process in SAP ECC.
- Knowledge of SAP MM is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Archive Server and Content Servers.
- Integration skills with SAP MM, FICO, and ABAP.
- Knowledge of the P2P cycle and SAP FICO.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with technical resources to design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.
- Collaborate with business partners and influence processes, tools, and operating models within the relevant area.
- Determine business needs and contribute the most value-adding application of the solution.
- Configure, design, build, test, and deploy VIM solutions from test to production landscapes.
- Implement VIM, BCC, and BC solutions.
- Work closely with the business to clarify and resolve issues during day-to-day operations.
- Work on support and implementation in the VIM process.
- Meet with the team to discuss current incidents and change requests.
- Participate in team meetings for new feature implementations.
- Handle new change requests independently and deliver end-to-end VIM solutions to customers.
