Your role
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure. You will support large-scale environments and develop secure, scalable, and highly available solutions through infrastructure engineering, automation, operational support, cloud migrations, and platform modernization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud best practices, improve deployment processes, and optimize networking, security, and performance. Experience with AWS is beneficial, while exposure to GCP is an advantage.
Your tasks
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily within Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep.
- Support cloud migration projects from on-premises environments to the cloud.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
- Develop scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate on cloud architecture, security, networking, and operational improvements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud services for reliability and performance.
Your profile
- Experience in large-scale IT and cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with at least one cloud-based solution.
- Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or OpenStack.
- Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD tools.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of networking, security, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
- Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows administration, cloud migration, modernization, storage, or clustering technologies is beneficial.
- Relevant Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or other cloud certifications are advantageous.
