Senior Client Operations Officer, Investor Services, PERES Operations M/F

What will you do?

Production

• Accurately and timely execute agreed day-to-day processes supporting capital call, subscription, distribution/redemption, transfer, and conversion functions across Private Capital Services structures.
• Complete tolerance checks and investigate and clear outstanding items.
• Perform quality checks or second-level validation on team output.
• Conduct training for interns and administrators.
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks allocated by the Supervisor or Manager.

Queries

• Respond to queries and incoming emails in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with other CACEIS Investor Services teams.
• Provide backup relief for absent or leave-taking staff to support team productivity.

Policy and procedure review

• Document activities and controls in comprehensive procedures and support team governance through a professional risk mindset.
• Review documents carefully to capture all instructions and information accurately.
• Meet all deadlines against defined benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Business administration qualification or degree preferred.
• Three to five years of experience.
• Experience in shareholder services, transfer agent services, or business administration, preferably involving fund structures.
• Knowledge of shareholder services and general administration procedures.
• Transaction management or payment processing experience.
• Additional automation skills such as VBA or Python are advantageous.
• Knowledge of shareholder services systems such as YARDI or equivalent applications.
• English language proficiency.

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position is based in Putrajaya, Malaysia, supports the Luxembourg region, and does not permit remote work.
