Senior Client Operation Officer, MDS Pricing, Master Data Services M/F

Reporting to the Manager, MDS Pricing team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of security pricing valuation and support the global business for 8 working hours a day. Shift hours are rotational and start between 7am MYT and 12pm MYT.

What will you do?

• Deliver portfolio securities valuation for administered funds, including security pricing, FX and interest rates, stale price analysis, customer support and EUCs updates.
• Support global servicing from the operating location, including shifts and work on bank, legal holidays and weekends when required.
• Maintain up-to-date statistics, including the daily team checklist.
• Maintain organizational relationships with management.
• Ensure effective resolution and escalation of enquiries, issues and problems.
• Act as backup to the Assistant Manager and provide relief to client operations officers.
• Assist in monitoring team activity to ensure production requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, BSc Degree or equivalent.
• Banking operations experience with basic static data knowledge.
• Knowledge of different investment instrument types.
• Experience in a banking operations environment.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of data vendors such as Bloomberg, Telekurs, FTID and Reuters.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA.
• English language skills.
