Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce.
Key considerations for the ideal candidate
- In-depth knowledge of the overall Force.com ecosystem and solution components, including Salesforce.com, Salesforce1, the Force.com platform, and AppExchange apps.
- Experience working as part of an agile team on end-to-end implementation of Salesforce-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience in analysis, design, customization, implementation, interface implementation, validation, and deployment as part of Salesforce implementation engagements.
- Experience delivering Apex, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integration-based work packages.
- Extensive integration and data migration experience; middleware-based integration experience is nice to have.
- Troubleshooting implementation issues and developing test classes.
- Performing quality assurance on deliverables and work products.
- Auditing, uncovering, and resolving data integrity issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, and Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certifications are good to have.
