Purpose
Provide the Distribution Center (DC) Network with short- and medium-term forecasts to enable strong operational planning. Manage activities to achieve plans, supporting DC SLAs, cost targets, and North America commercial expectations.
Key responsibilities
Fulfillment planning
- Collate one- to eleven-month packing and shipping forecasts for North America distribution centers and manage actions to achieve COTIF targets.
- Publish forecasts in Power BI to create one version of the truth for distribution centers and North America Supply Chain Management.
- Review forecasts, monitor delivery note creation, invoicing, ready-for-collection trends, and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor capacity constraints and coordinate mitigation actions.
- Lead weekly S&OE/Fulfillment Execution meetings and monthly Fulfillment Review meetings.
- Coordinate forecast-accuracy reviews, variance analysis, cost estimates, and improvement initiatives.
- Create and publish backlog reporting for distribution centers and Supply Chain Management.
Inventory and storage
- Create and publish the Storage Projection Model using inbound data, fulfillment plans, and on-hand inventory.
- Align with deployment teams and distribution center leaders on supply shifts and storage-capacity assumptions.
- Prepare content for the monthly North America Network Update.
- Identify, analyze, and track aging and slow-moving inventory across the distribution center network.
- Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel reporting and dashboards for inventory aging, slow-moving SKUs, and hash articles.
Daily operations
- Continuously improve processes and system infrastructure to reduce costs and improve COTA/COTIF.
- Drive system developments and define functional enhancements in supply chain systems.
- Lead projects and manage Fulfillment Planning deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Continue advancing the OVOTT dashboard and provide ad hoc reporting.
People
Potentially manage, coach, and develop a direct report while building a personal development plan with the manager.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain mechanics.
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical, reporting, planning, organizational, and communication skills.

- People leadership ability.
Education and experience
- University degree in business, information systems, logistics, operations, or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of supply chain management experience.
- Warehouse or distribution experience.
- Strong ERP/SAP, WMS, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills required.
- Working knowledge of Databricks and Power Automate.
- Fluent English, oral and written.
