About the Role
We are hiring a Senior AI Consultant to strengthen our AI Trust capability, focused on making AI systems governable, compliant, and trusted by design. You will combine client advisory, architecture, and hands-on delivery in the domains of AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance, with growth towards leading our AI Trust Squad.
What You Will Do
- Advise clients on AI governance, Responsible AI, and compliance, including the EU AI Act.
- Design and implement governance frameworks and control mechanisms for AI solutions.
- Define architecture guardrails for scalable, compliant AI platforms.
- Embed governance into MLOps, LLMOps, and GenAI solutions.
- Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Contribute to proposals, assessments, and client engagements.
- Support the build-up of our AI Trust capability and squad.
What You Bring
- 6–10+ years of experience in AI, data, or digital consulting.
- Experience with AI governance, Responsible AI, or AI risk and compliance.
- Understanding of AI/ML systems, GenAI, and enterprise architectures.
- Strong consulting skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to bridge business, compliance, and technical domains.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience leading a team is also a plus.
