Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a Specialist – Selling & Service (3IC) who can help provide above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life.
What Will You Work On?
Leading a small team of employees, you’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive team with opportunities for personal growth and professional development.
You’ll partner with the Coach – Selling & Service to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. Reporting into the Coach, you will:
- Lead your team to ensure a premium in-store experience for consumers.
- Coach your team and provide leadership, people development, and feedback.
- Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.
- Care about the team and help create an enjoyable workplace.
What You Bring
- Passion for the Nike brand and a desire to grow your leadership career.
- 1–2 years of retail leadership experience focused on product, in-store selling, and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound computer proficiency.
- A natural sense of urgency.
