Hybrid Senior Level

Lead the business, development and daily operation of ADAS, parking and Base Vehicle Abstraction & communication functions in the team, including Parking, Android Vehicle Abstraction, communication with QNX, VCPU and cross domains, and Settings.
Organize and manage the driving function section team to fulfill project requirements and targets on time and with good quality.
Manage customer requirements from headquarters and China local CFO/FOs.
Own software system requirements, including definition, maintenance, process and progress.
Lead communication and collaboration for software and system requirements and development.
Define and specify the logics and sequences of software functions and features.
Lead system architecture and software architecture design for driving functions.
Define intelligent cockpit communication and software interfaces.
Sort out underlying software, middleware, application software solutions and interface design for the intelligent cockpit, including Connectivity, Vehicle Functions, Driving Functions, AD, ADAS, Parking, Android framework and related IVI applications.
Plan and utilize team budgets and resources effectively.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, computer science, automation, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electronics or software.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in software development in the infotainment or ADAS domain at an OEM or Tier 1.

Knowledge

Good knowledge and experience in Vehicle Abstraction, Parking, Settings functions, cross-system technologies such as QNX, vCPU and Ethernet, and cross-domain systems such as AD/ADAS and Body within infotainment systems.
Experience with production-level software architecture and software development lifecycles.
Good knowledge of requirements and specifications for infotainment-related functions.
Experience with agile development, Scrum teams, sprint planning, use cases and user story creation.
Experience defining function and business logic for software features, functions, modules and components.
Understanding of infotainment, instrument cluster, ADAS/AD and driving-related terminology, processes and collaboration with partners, suppliers and OEM departments.
Proficiency in Internet of Vehicles and intelligent cockpit functions and systems, including system principles, functions and interface design.
Knowledge and experience in product definition, customer-facing product design, rollout and customer handling. AI solution application, integration and implementation experience is preferred.
