About the role

We are looking for creators, confident customer ambassadors, and collaborators who can use their retail experience to exceed customer expectations, create an emotional connection with every customer, and work with the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Physical requirements

The role requires regularly talking or hearing; frequently standing, walking, using hands, and reaching; and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The anticipated base pay range is $17.21-$23.69. Actual pay depends on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
