Primark helps customers keep up with high fashion at affordable prices. The company is looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join its Burlington Mall store.

What you will do

• Provide customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Set up and maintain an attractive shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms.
• Keep the stockroom tidy and well organized.
• Deliver a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries.
• Move products onto the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced and meet Primark's standards.

What you will need

• Passion for people and creating amazing customer experiences.
• Honesty and strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, share ideas, and get involved where needed.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team-player mindset, high motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• An interest in fashion and the latest looks.
• Ideally, experience working in a busy retail environment.
• English language proficiency necessary to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues and understand health and safety instructions.

Benefits and compensation

• Starting base pay of $17 per hour.
• $0.50 increases at six months and 12 months of continued employment.
