Seasonal Retail Store Associate - American Dream, 6549, East Rutherford, NJ

At adidas, we are calling all Seasonal Store Associates who want to create what will be and share our desire to make a difference through sport.

We are looking for creators, confident customer ambassadors, and collaborators who can build relationships and work with their team to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Physical requirements

The role requires regularly talking or hearing; frequently standing, walking, using hands, and reaching; and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated base pay range is $16.07-$21.74. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
