What will I be doing?

• Provide customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Set up and maintain the shop floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Process queries, voids, and returns at till points.
• Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries.
• Move products to the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced.

Physical Job Requirements

This position requires the ability to constantly stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, on hard-surface floors. The role includes frequently bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional team lifts of items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Colleagues must perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, including handling merchandise, operating point-of-sale systems, and using handheld devices. The role may involve movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom, stairs or ladders, varying temperatures, and properly trained use of balers or pallet jacks where applicable.

Pay and seasonal period

The starting base hourly rate is $15.00. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark. The seasonal period is 90 days.
