Seasonal P/T Retail Store Associate - El Paso Outlet, 6184, Canutillo, TX

At adidas, we are looking for Seasonal Store Associates who want to create what will be and make a difference through sport.

Seasonal Store Associates are expected to:

• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations.
• Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Physical requirements

The role requires frequent standing, walking, hand use, reaching, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
