You will join the Digital Platform Services division within Sopra Steria Lyon's agency, which has approximately 80 employees. Depending on the assignment, you will work in internal Sopra Steria teams delivering managed services or directly within client teams. You will be supported by a dynamic team and a dedicated manager throughout your career.
Votre rôle et vos missions
- Establish Scrum organization within a SAFe framework and ensure the methodology is applied on the project.
- Facilitate and organize Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Meetings, Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Help prepare and participate in program ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART Sync, System Demo and Inspect & Adapt.
- Facilitate the team's daily work and support continuous process improvement.
- Anticipate difficulties and protect the team from external interruptions.
- Ensure requirements are sufficiently defined for the development team and support the Product Owner in writing the product backlog.
- Monitor team productivity and help the team meet its sprint commitments.
- Track KPIs to measure progress and results.

Votre profil
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent.
- At least five years of significant experience in a similar role.
- PSM or SAFe certification, such as Leading SAFe or SAFe Scrum Master, or prior experience in these environments.
- Strong listening, interpersonal and team leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders.
- Interest in projects combining agility, challenge, innovation and new technologies.
