Atos is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking Consultant (m/f/d) with very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integration.
The role involves extensive experience in HR processes at Employee Central, knowledge of the SAP Activate project methodology, and project or sub-project management for national and international customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide qualified professional and technical advice to customers and support them after implementation projects.
- Prepare requirements analyses and effort estimates, and design and implement business processes with SAP SuccessFactors, including integration aspects and technologies.
- Manage, plan and implement module and integration tests.
- Deliver internal and external training courses and prepare documentation using relevant methods and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks.
- Develop decision templates for customer decision-makers, coordinate and enforce standards based on the SAP SuccessFactors cloud solution, and conduct customer and user presentations and management-level workshops in English and German.
- Develop expertise in innovative business and technology topics and actively participate in knowledge management across local and global teams.
- Identify business opportunities, prepare proposals and effort estimates, and present customer solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, business informatics or computer science, or completed vocational training with relevant professional experience.
- Approximately five years of professional and project experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation, including experience with agile project methodology.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking, successfully completed projects, and in-depth HR knowledge.
- Experience using ticket tools such as SAP Solution Manager.
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
- Very good presentation skills, an independent and punctual working style, confident communication, teamwork and willingness to travel.
