Your role
Join Capgemini as an SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant and help leading organizations optimize their employee compensation strategy through end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, advising on solution design and opportunities within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Leading workshops and solution demonstrations to align stakeholders and validate the proposed approach.
- Translating business needs into efficient HR processes and configuring the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Supporting and coordinating testing activities with clients and project teams to ensure smooth and effective adoption.
- Developing and delivering tailored training and enablement materials to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Leading go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition, and building long-term client relationships through post-deployment support and guidance.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- End-to-end project experience with the SuccessFactors Compensation module and knowledge of the Employee Central module.
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module certification.
- A collaborative mindset, customer-oriented attitude, and rigorous approach to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
