SAP Success Factors Consultant with German

Atos Group is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking Consultant (m/f/d) with very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integration.

The role involves extensive HR process experience in Employee Central, knowledge of the SAP Activate project methodology, and project or sub-project management for national and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified professional and technical advice to customers and support them after implementation projects.
• Prepare requirements analyses and effort estimates, and design and implement business processes with SAP SuccessFactors, including integration aspects and technologies.
• Manage, plan, and implement module and integration tests.
• Deliver internal and external training courses and prepare documentation using relevant methods and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks.
• Develop decision templates for customer decision-makers and independently coordinate and enforce standards based on the SAP SuccessFactors cloud solution.
• Hold customer and user presentations and management-level workshops in English and German.
• Develop knowledge in innovative business and technology topics and contribute actively to internal knowledge management in local and global teams.
• Identify business opportunities, prepare offers, estimate effort, and present solutions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking.

Requirements and qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, business informatics, or computer science, or completed vocational training with professional experience.
• Approximately five years of consulting and implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors and experience with agile project methodology.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking, including successfully completed projects and in-depth HR knowledge.
• Experience using ticket tools such as SAP Solution Manager.
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
• Very good presentation skills, an independent and punctual working style, confident communication, teamwork skills, and willingness to travel.
