SAP SD/PS Consultant

Position: SAP SD/PS Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implements full cycle of SAP projects, roll-outs, enhancements, or change requests in SAP SD and PS.
• Conducts business requirements and setup workshops.
• Defines the business blueprint.
• Customizes technical requirements.
• Performs unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Trains key users and end users.
• Develops documentation for configuration, enhancements, test scripts, end-user manuals, and training courses.
• Works on data migration concepts, development, and implementation.
• Performs go-live checks and controls.
• Provides go-live and post-go-live support.
• Provides application management support in SAP SD and PS.
• Analyzes SAP incidents raised by customers and provides solutions.
• Performs unit, integration, and regression testing on change requests and enhancements.
• Adheres to project methodology and/or support processes based on the ITIL Framework.
• Provides mentoring and knowledge sharing to colleagues and junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Understanding of business processes, standards, and practices related to logistics applications, including sales and projects.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle project implementation or upgrade.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant SAP experience in SAP SD and PS.
• Integration knowledge with other SAP modules is highly valued.
• Degree in a discipline related to consulting, preferably Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science, or extensive working experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Thai to communicate and work with local customers in Thailand.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a multinational team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology, and tools.
• Ability to lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, and process improvements.
• SAP or Cloud certification is an advantage.
• SAP S4 PPMO knowledge is an advantage.
• FIORI knowledge is an advantage.
