Atos is looking for a SAP Project Manager to lead national and international projects, coordinate heterogeneous teams, and act as the owner of IT/SAP solutions within areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead national or international projects, including technical coordination of heterogeneous teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external management contacts and offshore liaison officers.
- Own IT/SAP solutions within the assigned areas of responsibility.
- Develop and implement end-to-end project management activities, including plans, estimates, priorities, and requirements through implementation.
- Monitor, handle, and report on deliverables and project financials.
- Lead several projects in parallel.
- Coordinate with vendors during project execution.
- Work proactively with customers and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- University degree in IT, business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and business transformation programs.
- Experience with SAP RISE and SAP Grow projects.
- Understanding of supply chain and financial processes.
- Experience implementing and migrating to SAP S/4HANA using Greenfield, Brownfield, and fit-to-standard approaches.
- Experience managing at least five full life-cycle SAP projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA projects.
- At least five years of experience leading IT projects, with functional and technical SAP S/4HANA experience.
- SAP Activate certification.
- Confirmed project management skills; PMP or PMI certification is an advantage.
- Excellent Dutch communication skills and fluency in English.
