Join Capgemini as an SAP PM Lead Consultant and drive excellence in enterprise asset management through innovative solutions, strategic leadership and optimized asset performance.
Your Role
- SAP PM Configuration: Configure and customize SAP Plant Maintenance to align with maintenance processes and business requirements.
- Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage strategies, including work order scheduling, to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate master data, equipment records and maintenance task lists within SAP PM.
- Apply business knowledge of maintenance and service processes and strategic asset management.
- End-user Training and Support: Help users effectively apply SAP PM to their daily maintenance activities.
- Team Management: Mentor junior PM consultants, providing guidance, training and support.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance configuration, implementation and optimization experience.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Workforce Management, Logistics, S/4HANA Service or CRM is an advantage.
- Result-driven and focused on delivering quality.
- Fluency in Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
