Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of business processes within Materials Management.
• Work independently and as part of a project team on implementation, rollout, or application maintenance projects.
• Communicate with customers to understand and collect relevant requirements.
• Participate in business workshops and conduct Fit-to-Standard Analysis.
• Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Invoice Verification solutions.
• Write blueprint documents and specifications for developers.
• Create project documentation, including training materials for application users.
• Support customers in their daily work in the productive system.
• Develop productive working relationships with business partners and identify areas for improvement.
• Cooperate across teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, including researching OSS notes.
• Knowledge of enhancement techniques such as user exits, enhancement points, and BADIs is an advantage.
• Understanding of the SAP Fiori launchpad is an advantage.

Job requirements

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Materials Management.
• English proficiency at B2 level, with confident stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Serbian.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
