Your Role

As an EAM Lead, you will own the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP EAM solutions by collaborating across functions, steering project tracks, staying connected to system configuration, and guiding your team to ensure successful, high-quality outcomes.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft, design, and implement SAP EAM solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices across SAP’s on-premise and cloud portfolio.
• Project Leadership: Lead EAM tracks and projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery according to client expectations, on time and within budget.
• System Configuration: Support the EAM team in configuring and customizing SAP to meet organizational requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor EAM consultants at various levels, providing guidance, training, and support.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 10+ years of SAP project experience in asset management and asset maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP PM, CS, linear asset management, and S/4HANA Service.
• Business knowledge of maintenance and service processes and strategic asset management.
• Knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, workforce management, logistics, or CRM is an added value.
• Native Dutch speaker with professional working proficiency in English.
