Your Role
Join us as an experienced SAP CRM Consultant and help us become a trusted advisor accompanying clients on their transformation journey toward a more successful, sustainable, and innovative future. For several customers in the Flemish region of Belgium, Capgemini is strengthening its CRM team with an experienced CRM consultant.
Your role will be to help challenge and define the implementation scope and approach, bring best practices and lessons from previous experiences, and implement functional solutions in coordination with other consultants and the development team. You will assess customer needs, propose standard-first solutions, and advise the project manager, solution architect, and functional team.
- Work with clients to translate complex business challenges into IT requirements.
- Design sustainable solutions based on SAP's latest technologies.
- Assist clients and implement, test, and deliver solutions with colleagues.
- Coach, train, and support junior consultants.
- Lead workshops and define suitable business solutions based on SAP standard processes.
Your Profile
- Experience customizing and implementing SAP CRM processes.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM on-premise and SAP S/4 Service.
- Preferably five or more years of experience in ISU.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a focus on practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Very good knowledge of English and Dutch.
- Innovative spirit and a team-player and coach mindset.
