Position: SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end SAP FI implementation and provide support through application maintenance services.
• Conduct requirement gathering, FIT-GAP or FIT-to-Standard analysis, solution design, and impact analysis for change requests.
• Ensure integration with modules including CO, MM, and SD, as well as external applications.
• Drive unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders and lead workshops.
• Participate in presales activities where appropriate.

Skills and Experience

• Experience with SAP FICO on S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP GROW, and Fiori applications.
• Strong background in Financial Accounting with Thai legal requirements.
• More than five years of project implementation experience with relevant business process expertise.
• Ability to independently handle the FI module and understand integration with other modules and applications.
• Ability to independently conduct workshops and deliver business blueprint designs.
• Experience with the FIT-to-Standard approach is advantageous.
• Ability to configure solutions, conduct testing, and provide customer training.
• Teamwork, leadership, complaint management, and communication skills.
• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to proactively manage issues and risks.

Qualification

• Thai speaking and writing.
• SAP FI certification is preferred but not mandatory.
