Responsibilities and duties

• Provide overall architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects or one large complex project under the leadership of a lead Architect.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, determining when custom solutions are necessary.
• Lead or participate in the definition and prioritization or scoping of business and functional requirements and project sizing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.
• Architect and deliver a robust data model that supports project requirements.

Qualifications

• 9–12 years of Solutions Architecture experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Salesforce System Architect or Application Architecture Track certification.
• Proficiency with APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Salesforce Admin, application architecture, system architecture, solution design, release management and data migration.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model across various clouds and products, with significant data modeling experience.
• Domain experience in automotive captive finance and financial services.
• Experience designing solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio, Financial Services Cloud, CRM Analytics and Agentforce.
• Proven track record of successful large enterprise Salesforce project deliveries.
• Hands-on knowledge of OmniStudio.
• Experience developing solutions with third-party finance applications, including leasing and financing contract creation, credit scoring, eKYC and document generation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce point-of-sale solutions with leasing and financing contract management, loan management and service applications.
• DevOps experience for CI/CD using Microsoft Azure and GitHub.
• Experience with CRM and member service platform implementations, large data integration and data migration activities within Salesforce projects.
• Strong documentation skills for current and future-state solution architecture, including functional and technical specifications, data integration and data migration solution design.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions, whiteboard sessions and presentations.
• Experience with Experience Cloud or Community and a Salesforce developer background.
• Proven experience working on and leading global Salesforce implementations and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech or equivalent required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
