Salesforce Developer

We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to design and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that power Atos’ internal business processes. This is a key technical leadership role where you’ll shape architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-quality solutions.

What will you be doing

• Salesforce Development: Design, build, and deploy solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL, following best practices.
• Architect & Configure: Manage Salesforce environments, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Integrate Systems: Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Drive requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Optimize Delivery: Use GitHub and CI/CD practices to streamline development and improve release quality.
• Collaborate: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Maintain Quality: Conduct unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and perform code reviews.
• Document: Keep technical documentation accurate and up to date.

Professional skills

• Experience: 3-5 years in software development, with 2-4 years in Salesforce development.
• Technical Expertise: Strong skills in Apex, including triggers and batch classes, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model; Sales Cloud expertise required, with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud as advantages.
• Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations.
• DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control using GitHub.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Administrator required; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, excellent English communication, and a collaborative, client-focused attitude.
• Global Perspective: Comfortable working in an international environment.
