Your Role
The Salesforce Functional Analyst will act as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, ensuring that solutions implemented on the Salesforce platform meet the company's functional and strategic requirements. The role involves analyzing processes, gathering requirements, proposing improvements, and monitoring solution implementation.
Main Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and translate them into functional Salesforce specifications.
- Map current processes and propose improvements aligned with platform best practices.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including flows, use cases, and specifications.
- Perform basic Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Define test scenarios, execute functional tests, and validate deliverables.
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a functional analyst or consultant on Salesforce projects.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects, workflows, and reports.
- Knowledge of documentation tools such as Lucidchart and Visio.
- Good communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business language.
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification and agile experience with Scrum or Kanban are desirable.
