As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right gear, apparel, and footwear to elevate their performance. You’ll bring energy, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to every interaction.
- Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment
- Passion for sport, fitness or fashion
- Motivation by targets and knowledge of store KPIs
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Team player, resilient, eager to learn and curious
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Your activities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to achieve store goals
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing applicable training and applying it on the shop floor
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
