- Experience in a sport or fashion, customer- and commercially focused retail environment
- Previous retail or stockroom operations experience is a plus
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help on the shop floor
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work independently
Your activities
- Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Process incoming deliveries and replenish sales floors
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
- Connect with, engage and inspire customers as an adidas brand ambassador
- Support daily operations and drive sales to achieve store goals
- Take ownership of your learning by completing training and applying it on the shop floor
