We appreciate in our employees
- At least one month of experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Teamwork, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
- Good communication skills in English.
Your activities
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
