• At least one month of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Your activities

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping and replenish sales floors within areas of responsibility.
• Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and support merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of personal learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
