- At least one month of experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Team-player attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn and curiosity.
- Good communication skills in English.
Your activities
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, deliveries and replenishment to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership of and be proactive in your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
