What will I be doing?
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:
- Provide customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns
- Set up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions
- Keep the stockroom tidy and well-organized
- Deliver a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns
- Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries
- Put products on the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced and meet high standards
Who you are
- Passionate about people and creating amazing experiences
- Honest and a strong communicator who can listen, share ideas, and get involved where needed
- Organized with good attention to detail
- A team player with high motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Interested in fashion and the latest looks
- Ideally experienced in a busy retail environment
Pay
The starting base hourly rate for this role is $16.25. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark.
The pay rate offered for this role is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
